Araluen Primary School is accredited to enrol international students as part of the International Student Program. Araluen Primary School is the only school in Sale and one of only a few schools in Victoria that are accredited to enrol international students.
We offer high quality learning in a caring environment and welcome international students. Students receive extra individualised language tuition in addition to normal classes.
Primary school classes are divided into Prep and Years 1 to 6 (total duration up to 7 years). Primary school in Victoria is the learning place for students up to 12 or 13 years old. To enter Prep, students must be 5 years of age on or before 30 April that year to be eligible (applicable to dependant fee category students only). Standard fee category students must be at least 6 years of age at the time of their visa application. Grade 6 is the final year of primary school and students are usually 12 to 13 years of age.
